Significant practice areas include attorney ethics and professional responsibilities; civil litigation; family law; probate, trust and estate planning; plaintiff bodily injury matters (including workers compensation and social security disability claims), and small business formation, advice/assistance, bankruptcy and collections.
Prior to the re-establishment of this sole practice, a member of Wallace, Boggs, Rouse, PLLC and its predecessors from 2004-2010, Cors & Bassett, LLC from 2002-2004, and, before this several small groups (such as Spaulding, Hanna & Rouse; Rouse & Grisham; Williams, Kruer & Rouse) and solo practice.
