Tom Rouse has spent over 34 years representing people - individually, as representatives of the businesses they work for and as owners involved in controversies. He is versed in the tools of conflict resolution - private negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Ohio, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. and the agencies of the state and federal governments. Tom was recognized as in 2004 with the Distinguished Lawyer Award from the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and was the recipient of the 'Richard Lawrence Lifetime Achievement Award' in 2012 for service to clients, profession and community.
Tom currently serves as Mayor of the City of Erlanger, KY and Vice President of the Kentucky Bar Association. Tom will serve as President of the Kentucky Bar Association in 2013-2014.
Tom is a trial lawyer, but realizes that a Courtroom is usually the last place his clients want to find themselves and is the last resort.
